I'm 36 and have been experiencing The pain was minimal and the swelling is not so bad. As I write this, The stitches are almost dissolved more than 40 and I have minor post op swelling which the Dr. Now 4 days later, my left testicle is almost normal size but very tender with some pain, and I guess the inner pain in my groin area is a result of the snapped vas diferens' that are still healing.
The pain is tolerable and the swelling may even be diminished. Now it is 48 hours after surgery and thing are slowly going better. Best way to describe it is being kicked in the jewels and the pain never going away. Family history includes diabetes, heart disease, stroke, lung and prostate cancer. I was not ready for what awaited after this "Procedure".
This sounds like a fat cyst or a sebaceous cyst. Day of the surgery — I go to a private hospital and a nurse gives me this weird little enema thing which I administer myself.
